Each project is distinct, with an emphasis on fashion, interior design, and lifestyle. Our clients and us want the same thing: to create both inclusive and exclusive works of art.

7. Ozwald Boateng

New York City / 2019
Project: Backstage image coordination
Ozwald Boateng brought fashion to the Apollo Theater to commemorate the Harlem Renaissance's centennial. Crowds gathered in the pouring rain for British designer Ozwald Boateng's celebratory fashion-show extravaganza, which was held in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Harlem Renaissance, the revolutionary artistic and intellectual boom that occurred in the 1920s among the African-American community. It included new pieces by Boateng and his first full womenswear collection. Some of his closest and dearest friends, including celebrities such as Idris Elba, Dapper Dan, Jamie Foxx, and Cindy Bruna, took their places inside the Apollo and awaited the start of the performance.
Olivier personally attended the event at the historical Apollo, where he coordinated the backstage images and its direction. He worked with international photographers and fashion publications to establish and maintain Boateng's vision. Meanwhile, one of O.W.studio's other customers was featured throughout the special evening; Odette Lunnetes was the sole eyewear partner for Boateng's event.
